Tom Richmond

President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Richmond has over 35 years of senior executive experience in general management in B2B and B2C companies.
Mr. Richmond has P&L experience at numerous manufacturing companies that have ranged in size from single plant businesses generating $20 million in annual sales to multi-plant companies with global operations generating over $500 million in annual sales.  

Mr. Richmond served as President of The Little Tikes Company and EVP of MGA Entertainment from September of 2008 until May of 2014. From September of 2014 until January of 2017 Mr. Richmond served as Executive Chairman of Dutchland Plastics. From May of 2014 until present he is an investor and operating partner in CPI Products as well as a consultant and Board Advisor to Semco Plastics which was sold to Tank Holdings in May of 2022.  Mr. Richmond is the former EVP of MGA Entertainment and President of The Little Tikes Company, a $500 million multi-national retailer, manufacturer and marketer of high-quality, innovative children’s products.  At The Little Tikes Company, Mr. Richmond is credited with resurrecting The Little Tikes Company from a distressed asset previously owned by Rubbermaid into a profitable $500 million global branded products company with a formidable e-commerce business.

Mr. Richmond is a graduate of Columbia University (Master of Science), New Jersey Institute of Technology (Mechanical Engineering), and New York University (Executive MBA courses).  Additionally, he attended the US Army War College Staff and strategic planning session, General Electric Management Development Institute, Advanced statistics, Enterprise resource planning, and Various other Professional enhancement programs.

​Jackie Placeres

Chief Financial Officer
Jackie Placeres, previously served as the Company’s Controller since 2021. Ms. Placeres previously served as the Chief Financial Officer to ISG, a private government contractor in security and informational technologies from 2018 through May 2021. From 2014 to 2018, she served as Vice President of Smith Manufacturing growing the Company from 4 million to 18 at the time of acquisition.

The Board selected Ms. Placeres to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer because of her longstanding relationship with the Company and because of her accounting and public company reporting experience.

Fred Tingberg Jr.

Chief Technology Officer
Frederick H. Tingberg, Jr. has served as Chief Technology Officer since February of 2021.  Mr. Tingberg is a construction industry executive with extensive experience in leading construction and rehabilitation projects.  

Since 2020, Mr. Tingberg has served as the Chief Executive Officer of his own construction industry consulting company, Technicon Consulting Group, and since 1993, he served as in two capacities with Lanzo Corporation, an infrastructure construction company, first as Business Development Manager and since 2018 as Chief Operating Officer.  At Lanzo, Mr. TIngberg oversaw underground infrastructure construction project operations and led 160 total staff in completing over 20 projects annually.  He is responsible for overseeing safety, environmental compliance, proposals, hard dollar bonded bidding, material selection, purchasing, financial controls, budgeting, and contracts with strategic partners.  

From 1984 to 1993, he served as Regional Pipe & Supply Area Manager for SEMSCO, a division of Clayton Group.  Mr. Tingberg holds several state general contractor licenses, and he received a B.S. degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
